Ronald W. Haupt has more than forty-five years of professional experience in civil/structural and mechanical engineering, principally in the design and analysis of industrial process and energy related structures, equipment, piping, and supports.  His recognized expertise lies in pressure piping design and earthquake design of mechanical equipment.  He has provided over 150 seminars in piping design to clients and professional societies. He is a member of many industry codes and standards committees related primarily to piping design.  Mr. Haupt is a registered professional engineer and President and founder of PPEA.
 
Alan D. Nance has over thirty years of professional experience in the design and construction of nuclear and fossil fueled steam electric generating facilities.  His experience includes extensive administrative and technical direction of field engineering activities for piping and mechanical erection.  Also, Mr. Nance has considerable experience with independent design and specification review activities for piping and mechanical systems design.  He is a registered professional engineer, and President of A.D.Nance Associates.
 
Robert E. Serb has over thirty years of professional experience primarily in the power industry.  Projects have included fossil fuel, nuclear and other power plants, refinery and petrochemical plants, and other speciality facilities.  His experience includes piping analysis for a wide variety of piping systems, pipe support design, life assessment project management, design and construction review, mechanical inspection and auditing.  Mr. Serb is a registered professional engineer, and a consultant.
 
Philip D. Flenner has over twenty-five years of professional experience in welding engineering, nondestructive testing, and metallurgy. He has developed and qualified welding procedures, developed and executed quality control systems for power piping, provided technical consulting, developed welder training and qualification programs and provided training in codes, standards and inspection for national technical societies.  He is a member of various industry codes and standards committees and is Chairman of the B31 Materials, Fabrication, & Examination Technical Committee.  Mr. Flenner is a registered professional engineer, and works at Consumers Energy as Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
 
Barry W. Santana, Ph.D., P.E., has thirty years of professional engineering experience in civil/structural engineering, principally in the analysis and design of heavy industrial structures, equipment foundations and supports, and bridges.  His expertise has developed from extensive arctic engineering work and significant computer-aided design and analysis projects using industry standard software.  Dr. Santana has published several technical papers, is a registered professional engineer, and founder and principal of Pedro Consulting.
